FAQ

Morse code is a character encoding scheme that represents letters and numbers as sequences of short signals (dots) and long signals (dashes). It was originally developed for telegraph communication.

This translator supports all 26 English letters (A-Z), digits (0-9), and common punctuation including period, comma, question mark, exclamation mark, slash, parentheses, and more.

The Play button generates audio using the Web Audio API. Dots are short beeps, dashes are longer beeps (3x the dot duration), with standard timing gaps between symbols and words.

Yes. All translation and audio generation happens locally in your browser. No data is sent to any server.
